Blurb: About three things I was absolutely positive.
First, Edward was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him—and I didn’t know how dominant that part might be—that thirsted for my blood.
And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.

I know these books have been reviewed to death, but there is no harm in one more review.
I wasn’t sure if I would like this book, but it was nowhere near as bad as I thought. This book is about a girl falling in love with a vampire and the problems that it causes. This is like any other love story but with the added gore. I could relate to Bella with her being clumsy, but not because I fall in love with vampires. I thought that the characters were good and that a vampire love story was an interesting idea. I did like this book and the way that it was written. However it was too cliché for my liking with the falling in love and then the Romeo and Juliet thing with we can’t be together but they do it anyway. I have heard that the other books are better so I will make an effort to read the rest of the series. Also, shout out to my friend (you know who you are) who is obsessed with these books and made me read it. I give this an 8 out of 10 stars and recommend it to teenage girls.
